Roasted Asparagus

Preheat oven to 425°F
Place a foil lined rimmed baking sheet in the oven as it heats up
1 bunch of asparagus
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
Break the asparagus stalks where they naturally bend, place the spears in a medium bowl. Toss with oil, cheese, garlic and salt.
Roast in oven for 12- 15 minutes until fork tender, roasting time will depend on thickness of spears.
